Objective: To develop the participant’s basic voice, drama and movement techniques, performance abilities and knowledge in creating a musical.
Activity: Creating a story line by linking favorite music from shows and singer/ songwriters, and adding existing scripts, plus own original writing. It will become an exciting, stimulating and rewarding new piece of Musical Theatre. Participants receive voice training, and learn the songs of the musical. Each student will memorize a set of lines, depending on their ability and choreography when appropriate. Arts and crafts will include making and designing sets, and creating props and costumes. A public performance will be held on the last day of the camp.

Dates: July 19 - 23 (Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.)
