Guzheng, also known as the Chinese zither or Chinese harp, is one of the most rewarding Chinese instruments to play. The instrument’s soothing sound relaxes the performer as well as the audience. Students will receive step-by-step instruction regarding basic plucking techniques, reading notes and symbols, to more advanced techniques. Students can also learn about the history and the production process of this ancient instrument.
Guzheng can be easily learned and students will get positive results over a short period of time. Hands-on experience every class.
